Their book on regenerative food production, “Meadows: The Swedish Farmer & The Scottish Cook” is co-written with her husband, Bosse Dahlgren, heritage farmer & genebank specialist. Bosse has farmed regeneratively all his life using horse power. He is Chair of Linderöd pig genebank on Ark of Taste & growing heritage grains.
