The Foundation Office aims to encourage life-long connections with alumnae* and their families through inspirational experiences, opportunities and communication to develop continued support of St George’s, Edinburgh.
 
Specific aims of the Foundation Office:
 

• To build and develop positive relationships with alumnae and their families through effective and inspirational communication and relevant interactions through social media, as well as effective networking, social and reunion events. To encourage all alumnae and parents to continue to remain in contact with the School; once you join St George's, you are part of a 'Network for Life'.

• To continue to secure the future of St George’s through financial donations as well as donations in the form of resources and skills to benefit future generations as well as the current generation and to increase recruitment and admissions.

 
* Alumnae refers to all old girls, not just OGA members, and, upon leaving the School, individuals become members of the St George’s Foundation for life. The term 'alumnae' refers to former pupils as well as current and past parents, and members of staff who have left the school.
