1.  Activities & Staying Active
You might be familiar with the 'What's On' websites, which are *usually* a great source of information for activities and days out.  These have been adapted in the last few weeks to provide details of all sorts of things that are available online -films, comedy nights, singalong events, quizzes, fitness classes, the list goes on.  There are updates on events that have been rescheduled too.
I've included links here for Edinburgh and London but these are available for lots of cities so simply google 'What's On' with your city for your local results.

Please do get in touch with any other ideas or tips you have, wherever you are in the world!  We'd love to hear from you.

Remember also to keep checking St George's PE department for some great sporty ideas for all the family.

2.  Food & Cooking
Maybe you've got some spare jars of jam in your cupboard, or you might even have been making some yourself.  Here are some 'jammy' ideas - including an utterly delicious sounding lemon drizzle cake which I am definitely going to try this weekend!

Feeling a bit stuck in a menu rut?  Or you might be lucky enough to have leftovers (never a thing in my house).  Here are some ways to make multiple uses of one ingredient, covering mince, rice, the ubiquitous banana bread, soup, couscous, chicken, carrots, curry, chilli and fish - something for all tastes.

3.  OGA AGM & Summer Lunch - reminder
The AGM has been rescheduled to Thursday 4th June at 6.30pm and will take place online.  Details on how to join if you're interested in attending 'virtually' will be available soon.
The Summer Lunch has been postponed (was scheduled for Saturday 6th June).  We will rearrange when it is safe to do so.

Please remember also that we have offers of help from among the Community - if anybody needs assistance with shopping etc, please get in touch and we can try to link you up.

With all best wishes from the St George's Foundation Office
