Upper 6, recent leavers and graduates - help with interview preparation

In the Summer Term we would usually offer Leavers' Week for our Upper 6 girls, a mixed programme of fun and practical activities to help them to prepare for university life. Obviously we are having to adapt a little for this year. Conscious of the increasingly rigorous and competitive graduate recruitment processes being used by employers across a variety of sectors, we would like to create a programme which will give them experience of the wide array of on-line recruitment exercises, psychometric tests and different interview formats that they are likely to encounter in the near future.

We would like to run this programme in June for the leavers of 2020, and open it to former students who are still at university as well.

- Does your role involve you in these processes, or do you have any tips for new graduates seeking to enter your profession?
