House events have always been a cornerstone of school life, bringing together energy, creativity, and a healthy dose of competition. Who remembers the excitement of the House 40 relay on Senior Sports Day? Teams huddled close in neat lines, racing around their group before passing the baton to the next runner. It was all about speed, strategy, and teamwork.
Beyond the track, House matches in hockey, lacrosse, and netball were major highlights, drawing crowds and sparking fierce but friendly rivalries. It wasn’t just about sport though. House Drama, Debating, Music, Needlework, and Art gave everyone a chance to shine in their own way.
Today, the tradition continues with new additions like the House Glee Competition, which has become a roaring success. Performances are of an astonishingly high standard, showcasing not only talent but the collaborative spirit that makes House life so special.
