The Revd Margaret Cave, Class of 1980
At St George's, Margaret studied maths, physics and chemistry. Actively involved in sports, music and prefecting, she credits the school's high standards and values as hugely influential.
After earning an engineering degree from Durham University, Margaret's varied career path included investment banking, teaching, charitable work, and raising four sons. She eventually answered a calling to the Church of England ministry.
Ordained in 2010, Margaret has served as a curate, team rector, and area dean. She encourages current students to remain open to diverse opportunities that build vital skills at St George's. The well-rounded education empowered Margaret's remarkable journey across multiple fields.
